KELLI O'HARA

KELLI O’HARA (Francesca) has established herself as one of Broadway’s greatest leading ladies. The Tony Award winner, Emmy, SAG, and Grammy-nominated actress has appeared in twelve Broadway shows for which she has garnered eight Tony Award nominations.

She won the 2015 Tony Award for Best Leading Actress in a Musical, along with Grammy, Drama League and Outer Critics nominations for her portrayal of Anna Leonowens in THE KING & I. O’Hara’s other Broadway credits include KISS ME, KATE!, THE BRIDGES OF MADISON COUNTY, NICE WORK IF YOU CAN GET IT, SOUTH PACIFIC, THE PAJAMA GAME, THE LIGHT IN THE PIAZZA, SWEET SMELL OF SUCCESS, FOLLIES, DRACULA, and JEKYLL & HYDE.

O’Hara received an Emmy Award nomination for her portrayal of Katie Bonner in Topic’s hit web series, “THE ACCIDENTAL WOLF,” and can currently be seen on HBO’s “THE GILDED AGE,” which was nominated for a SAG award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series for Season 2. Additional film and television credits include Showtime’s “MASTER OF SEX,” 13 REASONS WHY,” “BLUE BLOODS,” “ALL MY CHILDREN,” “ALL THE BRIGHT PLACES,” “PETER PAN: LIVE!,” “SEX & THE CITY 2,” Martin Scorsese’s “THE KEY TO RESERVA,” “THE GOOD FIGHT,” “N3MBERS,” and “CAR TALK.”

In 2015, she made history as the first artist to make the crossover from Broadway to Opera when she made her Metropolitan Opera debut in Lehar’s THE MERRY WIDOW opposite Renee Fleming and in 2018 returned as Despina in Mozart’s COSI FAN TUTTE. She was last seen at The Metropolitan Opera in the world premiere of Kevin Puts’, THE HOURS, as Laura Brown, which earned a Grammy nomination for Best Opera Recording..

O’Hara is a frequent performer on PBS’s live telecasts, The Kennedy Center Honors, and performs often alongside The New York Philharmonic and The New York Pops. Along with her two Grammy nominations, her solo albums, “ALWAYS AND WONDER IN THE WORLD” are available on Ghostlight.
O’Hara recently completed a critically-acclaimed, limited Broadway engagement of the new musical DAYS OF WINE AND ROSES, which also garnered rave reviews during its Off-Broadway run at The Atlantic Theatre Company. She won the Outer Critics Circle Award and the Drama Desk Award for Outstanding Lead Performer in a Broadway Musical in addition to receiving Tony and Drama League Nominations for her role.
Up next, Kelli will star opposite Tom Hanks in the new Off-Broadway play THIS WORLD OF TOMORROW before returning to Broadway this spring in the revival of FALLEN ANGELS opposite Rose Byrne.

STEVEN PASQUALE

STEVEN PASQUALE (Robert) is highly regarded for his work onstage and off. On Broadway, he starred opposite Kerry Washington in Kenny Leon’s acclaimed Broadway production of AMERICAN SON, a role he reprised for the Netflix film adaptation. He also starred in Lincoln Center Theater’s acclaimed production of JUNK, penned by Pulitzer Prize Winner Ayad Akhtar. He received both Drama Desk and Drama League nominations for his portrayal of “Robert” in Bartlett Sher and Jason Robert Brown’s THE BRIDGES OF MADISON COUNTY opposite Kelli O’Hara, reprising the role that he originated at Williamstown Theatre Festival. He made his Broadway debut in Neil LaBute’s REASONS TO BE PRETTY. Off-Broadway, Pasquale won the Lucille Lortel Award for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Musical for Alex Timbers’ production of THE ROBBER BRIDEGROOM at Roundabout Theatre Company. He also received Drama Desk and Outer Critics Circle nominations for the Ahrens/Flaherty/McNally musical adaptation of A MAN OF NO IMPORTANCE at Lincoln Center Theater. He starred in Classic Stage Company’s Lucille Lortel-nominated production of Stephen Sondheim and John Weidman’s ASSASSINS, directed by John Doyle. This production marked the last opening night performance that Sondheim attended of his own works. More recently and in a single theatre season, Pasquale garnered a Lucille Lortel Award and Drama Desk Award Nominations for his performance in Michael R. Jackson’s TEETH at Playwrights Horizons and starred in the star-studded, New York Times’ Critics Pick production of HERE WE ARE at The Shed. The latter, which was directed by Joe Mantello, marks Stephen Sondheim’s last new musical.
Pasquale recently starred in the World Premiere, Pre-Broadway production of Adam Guettel and Bob Martin’s MILLIONS, directed by Bartlett Sher at the Alliance Theater. Other theater credits include NINE and GUYS & DOLLS (Kennedy Center’s Broadway Center Stage; Helen Hayes Nominations), Weidman and Sondheim’s ASSASSINS (Encores! Off-Center), ROGERS AND HAMMERSTEIN’S CAROUSEL (Chicago Lyric Opera), FAR FROM HEAVEN (Playwrights Horizons), Tony Kushner’s THE INTELLIGENT HOMOSEXUAL’S GUIDE TO CAPITALISM AND SOCIALISM WITH A KEY TO THE SCRIPTURES (The Public Theater), A SOLDIER’S PLAY (Second Stage), Neil LaBute’s hit FAT PIG (MCC), BEAUTIFUL CHILD (Vineyard Theater), SPINNING INTO BUTTER (Lincoln Center), and ANDREW LIPPA’S THE WILD PARTY (MTC and Encores! Off-Center). Pasquale originated the role of “Fabrizio” in Adam Guettel and Craig Lucas’s Tony Award-winning THE LIGHT IN THE PIAZZA, co-starred in the three-act opera, THE GRAPES OF WRATH, by Ricky Ian Gordon’s at Carnegie Hall, and in the national tour of MISS SAIGONHe next returns to New York City Center in their Encores! production of HIGH SPIRITS opposite Philippa Soo.
 
On television, Pasquale garnered critical acclaim for his leading roles as firefighter “Sean Garrity” in the hit FX series “RESCUE ME” and as “Detective Mark Fuhrman” on FX’s award-winning limited series “AMERICAN CRIME STORY: THE PEOPLE V. OJ SIMPSON.” He is also known for his performances in Showtime’s “THE COMEY RULE,” Paramount+’s “THE GOOD FIGHT,” Peacock’s “THE CALLING,” Spectrum’s “THE BITE,” CBS’s “THE CODE,” HBO’s “DIVORCE,” CBS’s “DOUBT,” Netflix’s “BLOODLINE,” Showtime’s “BILLIONS,” CBS’s “THE GOOD WIFE,” NBC’s “DO NO HARM,” USA’s “WHITE COLLAR,” A&E’s “COMA,” NBC’s “UP ALL NIGHT,” Sofia Coppola’s “PLATINUM,” and HBO’s “SIX FEET UNDER.” His film credits include Twentieth Century Fox’s ALIEN VS. JENNIFER ALLEN (Ensemble) is thrilled to make her Carnegie Hall debut in this concert version of THE BRIDGES OF MADISON COUNTY, and deeply grateful to reunite with the original cast and creative team of this beloved show.  Most recently, she delighted audiences in the National Tour of CLUE ON STAGE.  Her extensive Broadway credits include KIMBERLY AKIMBO, THE BRIDGES OF MADISON COUNTY, SISTER ACT, MEMPHIS, A CATERED AFFAIR, CATS, LITTLE ME, GUYS AND DOLLS, and CITY OF ANGELS.  Off-Broadway, she appeared in HIGH BUTTON SHOES and JERRY SRINGER: THE OPERA.  Her national tours include THE LITTLE MERMAID, RAGTIME, and CABARET with Joel Grey. Jennifer has performed at regional theaters across the country, including the Ogunquit Playhouse, Goodspeed Opera House, Old Globe Theatre and Paper Mill Playhouse.  She lives in New York with her husband, Rob, and their children, Frances and Cedric, and thanks her family for their love and support.

Caitlin was nominated for an Audie Award for narrating the audiobook MARY JANE, and was handpicked by Judy Blume to narrate her book FOREVER. DEREK KLENA (Michael) recently finished a long run on Broadway as Christian in MOULIN ROUGE. Derek previously starred as Nick in Alanis Morissette’s critically acclaimed Broadway musical JAGGED LITTLE PILL. Previously, Derek originated the role of Dmitry in the stage adaptation of the animated movie ANASTASIA. He first broke onto the NYC theatre scene in the 2012 Off-Broadway revival of CARRIE, where he was quickly noticed and scooped up by Oscar, Grammy, and Tony winners Benj Pasek and Justin Paul to originate the lead role of Eddie Birdlace in DOGFIGHT. He then made his Broadway debut as Fiyero in the 10th anniversary company of WICKED and followed that up by originating the role of Michael Johnson in Jason Robert Brown’s THE BRIDGES OF MADISON COUNTY. On screen, Derek recently appeared in “PRETTY LITTLE LIARS: ORIGINAL SIN.” Other credits include “THE CODE,” UNBREAKABLE KIMMY SCHMIDT,” “QUANTICO,” “BLUE BLOODS,” “LAW & ORDER: SVU,” and “CARRIE DIARIES.”

JASON ROBERT BROWN  (Music, Orchestrations, & Arrangements) has written some of the most highly acclaimed scores for the stage in the last three decades, including SONGS FOR A NEW WORLD, PARADE (1999 Tony for Best Score, 2023 Tony for Best Revival), THE LAST FIVE YEARS (also a feature film), THE BRIDGES OF MADISON COUNTY (Tonys for Best Score and Orchestration), HONEYMOON IN VEGAS, 13 (also a Netflix film), MR. SATURDAY NIGHT (with lyrics by Amanda Green), and last season’s THE CONNECTOR. Upcoming: MIDNIGHT IN THE GARDEN OF GOOD AND EVIL, written with Taylor Mac and directed by Rob Ashford based on John Berendt’s novel; and LESS, written with Doug Wright and adapted from the novel by Andrew Sean Greer. As a solo artist, Jason has performed around the world – including his debut at Carnegie Hall in Autumn 2024 – and released several albums of his songs. His most recent release, “JASON ROBERT BROWN & STEPHEN SONDHEIM LIVE IN CONCERT” (on Concord Theatricals Recordings), documents a 2019 all-star performance at New York’s Town Hall. BARTLETT SHER (Director) is a Tony award-winner who has been described by The New York Times as one of America’s “most original and exciting directors.” His production of Aaron Sorkin’s adaptation of TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD on Broadway is the best-selling American play in Broadway history.  His productions have been nominated for over 90 Tony Awards.
