MCC Theater collects information from you when you register on our site, subscribe to our newsletter or fill out a form.

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, physical address and/or telephone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in connection with contests, promotions, advertisements, inquiries, surveys, newsletters, e-news and/or other site features. You may choose to opt out of receiving such messages by sending either an email from the email address at which you are receiving the messages to audienceservices@mcctheater.org requesting that your email address or phone number be removed, or by sending a letter to MCC Theater 511 West 52nd Street, New York, NY 10040 requesting that your physical address be removed.

MCC Theater implements a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information.

Children Under Thirteen Years of Age
MCC Theater does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under thirteen years of age. If we learn that we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.
