PRESTON MAX ALLEN (Playwright) (he/him) is a playwright, lyricist, and composer dedicated to creating stories about, for, and featuring the trans/queer community. Preston’s musicals include 2019 Off-Broadway debut WE ARE THE TIGERS (album streaming, available through Broadway Licensing); NEVER BETTER (Theo Ubique, developmental premiere); AGENT 355 (dramaturgy/co-book by Jessica Kahkoska, Marion Fellowship Award Winner); and THE RAGE: CARRIE 2, AN UNAUTHORIZED MUSICAL PARODY (Underscore). Plays include CAROLINE (MCC Theater); NUCLEAR (Manhattan Theatre Club Sloan Initiative commission); MODERN GENTLEMAN (production upcoming); and STORYTIME (Lucille Lortel micro commission).
