There’s never been a better time to join us with our new home in Hell’s Kitchen at 52 ST / 10 AVE in our a new state-of-the-art complex with two theaters, spacious seating, and ample guest amenities.


Subscribers will receive an email and/or US mail notification when the Priority Booking window has begun. Subscribers have access to seats before they go on sale to the general public. If you want to sit with friends who are also Subscribers, please call the number below to place the reservations at the same time.

PLEASE NOTE: Season subscription tickets can not be transferred from one season to the next.

ONLINE: If it’s your first time logging in, or if you’re forgotten your password, simply click “I don’t know my password” to create a new one. Please call us if you have any issues logging in.


Subscribers can choose how they would like to receive their tickets:

E-TICKET: When you choose E-TICKET, your tix will be emailed to you. You can print them at home to bring with you, or you may show the barcode on your mobile device to the ushers when you arrive.

WILL CALL: Choose this option if you want to pick up your tickets at the office.

RESCHEDULE: All ticket exchanges will be accommodated based on availability.


If you are using our new ticketing system you will need to reset your password, even if you had an account in our previous system. Follow the simple steps below and you’ll be all set to book!

SET UP YOUR ACCOUNT: At the top of the home page at you will see ACCOUNT and a cart icon. This is where you will click to login so you can book your tickets.

RESET YOUR PASSWORD: Once you click that account icon, it will take you to the LOGIN PAGE. You will need to enter your email and reset your password. Even if you had an account with us previously and know your current password, you need to complete this step.

LOGIN: You will get an email from our ticketing system with a link to reset your password. Once you complete this step you will be able to log in. You should see your name in the top right corner, next to ACCOUNT. This means you’re logged in and all set!

Our booking process has changed slightly with our updated ticketing system. To book, follow the simple steps below.

Please note: if you have not yet logged in on our new ticketing platform, you will need to reset your password and login in order to book.

CHOOSE YOUR SHOW:  Once you’ve logged into your account, you can head to our SHOWS & TIX page and choose which show you’d like to book.

BOOK Once you get to the SHOWS & TIX page you will which shows are available to be booked at this time. You can choose your show and book for any performance that is a part of your subscription.

Please note: Your subscriber benefits will activate at the final stage of checkout. You may see a full priced ticket until the final stage, but your benefits will kick in and you will not be charged.
